My training is in plastic surgery, and as part of it it incorporates training in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids. Some surgeons train in ophthalmology, and expand their training in the field of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids.
If you are looking for ocular plastic surgeons that come from a background of training in ophthalmology, I suppose the best way is to search the website of their association.
