I am now 52 and I'm interested to know if it's still possible to have a nose job?

I've always felt that if I had had a nose operation when I was younger probably I would have felt better about my looks.

I am now 52 and the thoughts of doing something about my nose come and go but recently I feel that if I could have my nose reduced a little bit on the top.

I would look much better, I have been lucky in my life and people always have said I am attractive but as I get older I don't feel so confident anymore.

Still a happy person, I feel if I had my nose done now I would look better as years come by and get older and uglier.

I have also had comments in the past that my nose is like the witches noses and I hate that but then maybe it was because I never dated the guy.

I would love to hear from you and see what you think because maybe I am too old now for the surgery.

I have to admit that I am also worried that my nose could end up worse if somewthing goes wrong.

I don't really like small noses or tip up noses. I am Spanish and my face with thick lips and big eyes need the nose I have but would prefer a smaller bone shape at the top.

It is certainly possible to carry out a rhinoplasty at the age of 52, without expecting increased risk levels.

With regards to the shape, it would be useful to identify on a computer simulation what it is that you would like to achieve and how it would blend with the facial features.

Please bear in mind however that between a computer simulation and the end result there are always some differences.
