Question

Hi! I am interested in a nose job and I recently found out that it is a possibility to do a non surgical nose job (e.g. with bio-alcamid). Are you practicing this method by any chance?

Answer

I am not a great supporter of using permanent filler injections to the nose.

The amount of change that you can operate using injectable treatments is relatively limited when it comes to nose reshaping in comparison to a rhinoplasty (surgical nose job).

If you want to explore this option, I would suggest to have first a consultation with computer simulation to identify the change that you feel would be suitable for your nose.

If this is something that can be achieved through a non-surgical strategy, I would then advocate using a temporary filler, so that you can verify whether it meets with your expectations.

If everything is fine, you could then look towards a permanent filler injection. I have to say however, that synthetic fillers close to the undersurface of the skin as would be the case of the nose, can become significant problems in the long term. I would not be happy to assist you with this option, but I could try to guide to you towards someone that would.
