I would like to have my nose lifted higer and appearance very straight is this possible as I am enthnic.

Answer

Yes indeed, it is possible to enhance the definition of the nose and create a narrower appearance, with more projected contours for the and tip of the nose.

In most instances though, I tend to use rib cartilage graft for this type of intervention, primarily because it provides strong support and there is sufficient material to use.

In time, the nose becomes more elastic as the cartilage changes its texture after transferring to the nose. By that stage though, the shape of the nose will have become established.
