I would like to have revision rhinoplasty.

I would like to have revision rhinoplasty to increase tip projection by a few millimetres and also to de-rotate my nose slightly.

Could you tell me if this would be possible?

I understand from your question that the tip of the nose is slightly over-corrected both in terms of projection and shortening.

Rhinoplasty surgery to improve the shape is definitely possible, and would require cartilage graft for support to the tip of the nose.

It would be important to evaluate in a computer simulation the degree of change that you seek, when establishing the plan for nose reshaping.

In addition, it would be useful to find out regarding your previous operation, whether cartilage from the central part of the nasal septum has been removed, or whether it is still available to harvest for grafting.
