I would like to know if you can perform rhinoplasty in order to make the nose more feminine looking. I am a transgendered male to female and am interested in this procedure. Could you also tell me of the likely cost of such a procedure?

Answer

It is possible to achieve both reduction and reshaping of the nose, to correspond to a more feminine appearance. This can be evaluated on a computerised simulation.

Inevitably, the simulation and result will not be identical, but it is possible to identify a direction and degree of change that appears suitable.
