Is it possible for me to have surgery in order to make my nose appear more African?

HI, I'm a man of bi-racial heritage, my nose is not typically black but many of my other features are, for example my facial shape skin tone and eyes, my question is:

Is it possible for me to have surgery in order to make my nose appear more African?

As this is what I class my self as however I feel my nose doesn't reflect this as I'm half Jamaican half South American my nose is straight, not curved its also not very wide and the tip has a degree of definition, I by no means want to eradicate my mixed heritage but would like my nose to reflect how i feel about my self is there any procedures like this that you know of in the rhinoplasty field to make my nose wider and slightly flatter and are implants possible.

I know without evaluation you can only give a rough estimate on prices but could you please give me your professional judgement on how much something like this would cost, just an estimate as I am saving money for the procedure and I know this would be expensive. Thank you for your help hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you for your inquiry.

If you contemplate making the tip of the nose slightly flatter and wider, an implant would not be necessary.

I would suggest either starting with a computer stimulation in 3-D to see how these changes could fit in with the rest of the face.

For widening of the appearance of the tip, you would also have the option of using an injectable filler as a trial procedure with modest costs, but which may represent a sensible preliminary to investing into nose reshaping surgery.
