Is it possible to have a revision rhinoplasty and a buccal fat reduction together?

I am 19 and had a rhinoplasty about 7 months ago but still not fully happy with the result. Is it possible to have a revision rhinoplasty with you and a buccal fat reduction together?

I would be very gratful if you could give me a rough price quote for the two.

If you don't advise buccal fat reduction, what other procedures do you recommend to reduce cheek size?

Overall, my approach tends to be that using computer imaging and simulation in 3-D I aim to develop together with the patients a treatment plan that reflects their target for change.

Based on the characteristics of the changes targeted, I try to formulate a treatment plan involving a procedure or a combination of procedures that is likely to deliver the results, although the outcome is never an exact match for the computer simulation.

With regards to the rhinoplasty intervention, revision surgery requires an interval of at least 9 months from the previous intervention to allow the tissues to settle better.

In terms of feasibility, rhinoplasty and buccal fat reduction can indeed be carried out together.
