What procedure could lengthen the face, and if so, by how much could it lengthen the face?

Answer

There are a number of modalities to create the impression of a longer face on front view, including reshaping the facial skeleton, enhancing the chin or soft tissue changes.

Typically, at the time of the consultation it is possible to identify on a 3-D imaging and computer simulation that degree of changes that you seek, and then evaluate the type of treatments that would be suitable.
