Question

How much would chin remodelling be if I would need to have burred down or cut and then shaped?

Answer

The best approach to deciding what type of surgery would be more suitable in your case involves 3-D imaging and simulation, and possibly bone imaging to define the targets and what is possible.

I would suggest that you attend the facial sculpting clinic that I run together with Mr Henri Thuau, consultant cranio-maxillofacial surgeon.
