Question

I am interested in rhinoplasty but I was wondering If correcting my nose tip only would be enough as I have straight nose? I understand it is hard to state anything over the email but how do you qualify your clients if they need a full rhinoplasty or just the tip correction?

Answer

There are some situations where adjustment purely in the nasal tip is sufficient to create a pleasing nasal shape, but frequently the direction of the bridge and of the nasal tip both need to be corrected to achieve a straighter contour.

This is best evaluated using computer imaging and simulation, as a truly straight nose is not technically possible, simply because the face is too asymmetric and there is no genuine midline reference to anyone's face.

I would be happy to see you in consultation and evaluate these points.
