I hate the way my nose looks from the side due to it sticking out!

I am happy with my nose from the front, however I hate the way it looks from the side due to it sticking out!

I am always checking what angle people are looking at me as I am very conscious. I would like a nose job when I reach 18.

Would I be able to get it without using open surgery, because I don't want scars!

How do I know what nose will suit my face shape, is there any websites where i can edit the photo myself to give me an idea of what look I am going for?

Would it be possible to alter the appearance of the nose from the side without a dramatic change to the front?

I would be happy to see in consultation and advise you regarding the changes and feasibility.

In relation to software that allows you to do the simulation yourself, I have come across program called Plastic Surgery Simulator, and this may be helpful to you.

Most of the time, I tend to use the open approach if there is work around the nasal tip, and more specifically the closed approach when only nasal bridge work is required.
