I have a bulbous and wide nose, with thick skin. It looks beautiful and in harmony when seen from the sides, or from the top down.

I have been consulting different surgeons in Denmark, were I am from. It appears there is no major experience in my kind of nose. Also the general assumption on the internet, goes that thick skin, limits a potential great aesthetic outcome.

I am quite serious about this, and have been considering for a very long time.

There is no doubt that thick soft tissues around the tip of the nose will limit the degree of narrowing achievable, but that does not necessarily mean that it is not possible to have a visible and sometimes substantial degree of correction.

In essence, ethnic rhinoplasty is in great part about management of thick and relatively strong soft tissues around the nasal tip, and a significant amount of experience related to rhinoplasty is derived from these interventions.

One aspect that may be associated with limitations in the degree of correction achievable is presence of rosacea. If this is not a concern In your case, the amount of narrowing achievable is likely to be more substantial.
