I would really like to reduce the size of my cheeks

I am an 18 year old woman with a medium-large amount of fat in my cheeks. My parents both had quite large cheeks when they were young (especially my father), and although some fat has gone from their faces now that they're heading into their fifties, I wouldn't really say much of the fat has been lost at all.

I'd really like to reduce the size of my cheeks but I was wondering if it's possible to control where you're taking the fat from. By that, I mean is it possible to remove fat mainly from the lower cheek, so fullness in the "apples" of your cheeks isn't lost?

I would be happy to see you in consultation and evaluate using computerised 3-D imaging and simulation the targets for facial sculpting that you would like to achieve.

I would strongly advise that you attend the consultation accompanied by one of your parents, as it will give you the ability to discuss later on the points raised during the consultation.

When performing volume reduction in the cheeks, the target area is typically in the lower half, so that the cheek mound is not affected.
