I am curious to know whether it is possible to create a Roman nose. My nose is straight, but I'd like a Roman nose, and I was wondering whether it could be done.
I would suggest to you that the best place to start would be a nonsurgical rhinoplasty based on injectable filler, to give you the ability to experience the shape for a period of time, with a reversible treatment.
If you feel that your facial balance is favoured by this nasal shape, it can also be replicated using surgical intervention.
There is no doubt that you can also get a reasonably good idea regarding the appearance using computer imaging and simulation. However being able to experience it for a while is much more valuable contribution to the decision about surgery.
