I have lumps on both side of my thighs and no amount of exercise can shift them.

Are they easy to remove and will it hurt and of course the cost.

Answer

Liposuction to the lateral thigh is typically associated with is discomfort rather than pain, but would still require a period of time for return to work on exercise, depending on the volume treated.

I was not sure whether your question was referring to outside and inside part of the thigh ( "both side of my thighs" ), or whether you meant just the lateral parts of the thighs, and therefore it is more difficult to provide clarity regarding costs.
