Question

I suffered from severe eyes for past year. Before christmas 2010, I woke up with bags but noticed my undereye muscle had move down about an inch and slightly lost definition in my cheeks.

Over the past 3/4 months my cheek fat has moved down and the upper face is so hollow.

Would a facelift help, I'm 31 years old and my looks have all gone done?

Answer

From your description, it seems to me that a good degree of improvement could be achieved by using fat transfer for volume restoration.

It is possible to evaluate in a consultation using 3-D imaging the degree of change required to create the impact that you seek, and based on this to decide on the most appropriate course of action.
