My nose seems to be getting weaker. I am 25 years old and have had no trauma to my nose. The only thing I have done to my nose was pinch the bridge.
I found out that this can damagethe underlying elements to the nose and most recently I have discovered a indentation in the tip of my nose which bothered me. My nose used to appear very defined and strong but now the cartilages dont feel like they have that support.
I wanted to know if there was a way I could have a filler injected in the bridge of my nose or the sides of the nose to make it appear stronger again.
Whilst it is possible to damage the nose from repeat low-level trauma like pinching, is also highly, highly unlikely.
It is possible to use injectable fillers to build up volume in the tip or bridge of the nose on a temporary basis. In my practice, I prefer to avoid using long-term/permanent fillers as I have witnessed or heard of problems from more than one type of products.
As a starting point, you may wish to use simulation on computer to decide what it is you would like to achieve, prior to embarking on the treatment.
